What is considered authentic San Diego dinning? I'm looking for a restaurants experience to try that I won't be able to get somewhere else? And I don't mean In-N-Out.

Re: Authentic San Diego Dining
What
have you got against In-N-Out?! I guess it isn’t authentic, but still
delicious. Hopefully you like seafood because San Diego has some of the best
around. There’s an awesome sushi place in Oceanside called the Fish Joint. It’s
got that laid back coastal vibe and tons of locals pack the place. I don’t know
where you’ll be staying but it’s worth the trip even if you’re all the way
downtown
