Re: Days Inn South Bay
My friend and I stayed here going to and coming out of Mexico; this isn't a glitzy part of SD but we wanted to be close to the border. You can take a local bus easily to the border from this hotel. The staff was the highlight- Muki the owner, and the manager, were so helpful and professional. We were really impressed. To top it off, this was one of the best nightly rates we found in the area. We felt safe staying there too. Close by is Imperial Beach... good place to hang and people watch. Across the street is a really good pizza joint. Cheap and tasty too!!! This hotel even gives you free coffee, juice, and pastries in the morning. We can't wait to party in Mexico and stay at this hotel again.
