Loved the Contemporary Style at Fox Sports Grill
Clean as can be! Great views of the bay as well as being an exceptionally quiet hotel. Loved the contemporary style of the lobby as well as the rooms. If you're looking to grab a beer and a burger, the new Fox Sports Grill is perfect! Otherwise, there are several other places to go to eat and shop in the surrounding area.

Hilton SD Bayfront is in a beautiful location-
This hotel is aesthetically beautiful. large and grand with cooling colors of blue. Eco friendly- the food is "farm to fork" so everything is superbly fresh. The rooms do not have blinds but only thin fabric curtains which may make some feel uncomfortable being that it is possible for others to look up or down into your room.
Overall, my experience was good. I did feel that not only the rooms are a bit over=priced but the food and beverages at this property was too. I guess that is the price you have to pay for staying in a luxury San Diego hotel.

Re: Hilton San Diego Bayfront
Check-in went smoothly and the staff could not have been any nicer. The rooms are done in the "Hilton Style", bathroom is nicely setup with the usual amenities. Large LG TV etc.
My bed was very comfortable. I had a great view of the bay. The hotel does not have an executive floor. You are given a discount on the breakfast of $10 to use in their restaurant or in the Starbucks which is located on the premises.
This hotel has many large meeting rooms. there is a fitness center and spa. the concierge is located in the center of the lobby near the check-in desk. The SD Convention Center is very close to the hotel. It may even be connected? The business center is in the UPS Center- 3rd level. You can print your boarding pass, but to use the internet it is $6.95 for 15 minutes...quite expensive.
This hotel seems to cater to large groups.
There is no complimentary shuttle service. Taxi fare to or from the airport is between $13-$15. You can also use the Super Shuttle for $8 if you let them know about the Hilton Discounted rate.
