Holiday Inn Downtown San Diego
Stayed here for the CTIA Conference in SD. Good basic hotel. Free wireless, a kitchen that's not bad though they do serve a decent breakfast, and friendly, helpful employees. It's basic and it appears to me that improvements are in the works. I liked it and I really liked the price, CHEAP.
It was about a 20 minute walk to the conference center and about the same to the Gaslamp District. This beats the hell outa having to take a cab everywhere. I guess I can say I am sorta cheap myself.
