Re: Holiday Inn Rancho Bernardo
I had to stay here after another hotel could not extend my stay. This hotel was fine; right off a major highway and easy to get to any point of interest in San Diego. The air conditioner sounded a bit clunky so I just shut it off. (It really wasn't necessary at all)
I loved the pillow menu. I get a stiff neck if I don't sleep with a firm pillow and often forget to request one upon check-in. This is a really nice service to offer.
The hotel seem to be doing some remodeling. The staff went out of their way to address any concerns regarding this remodeling that I had.
Over all, a solid 3 star hotel.
