Re: Homewood Suites Liberty Station
With two children living in San Diego and a new grand-baby on the way, we plan to visit as often as possible and will stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well equipped and it is great having a suite with 2 flat screen tv's. I needed a place to work during the day and the two tables in the living area were perfect. The location is fantastic- very close to downtown and the airport yet removed enough to be calm and peaceful. This hotel sits on a bay inlet with walkways and well manicured grounds. Breakfast is provided at no cost on weekdays as well as a light dinner The pool are is adequate with plenty of chairs. There is a Starbucks, Pizza place, and a few other restaurants just a block away. Within a mile is the church and grocery store.
