La Quinta Inn San Diego Great stay
My sister-in-law and I drove from North Dakota to Oceanside to visit my son, a Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton. We had a wonderful visit! The La Quinta Inn staff were courteous and helpful. The accommodations were beautiful. Absolutely everything we could want or need for our stay and such a great room rate too. We will return again.

Re: La Quinta Inn Oceanside
We were just passing through San Diego on our way to Flagstaff to see our grandson at college and decided to stay here at the La Quinta Inn in Oceanside. We found the young lady at the front desk to be very helpful and efficient and the room we were given was lovely. We did ask for our senior citizens discount but this hotel would not honor it. This is the first hotel in California that we have stayed at that has not honored this discount. None-the-less, it is a fine hotel for the price. Breakfast was included and substantial. The location was so-so. If you are traveling to San Diego and location is a priority, I might recommend staying elsewhere. If your on a tight budget, this would definitely be the place to stay.

We go to Oceanside to see our daughter and our grandchildren three times a year and we always stay at La Quinta Inn in Oceanside. We prefer staying at a hotel because space is limited in their house and we don't ever want to be a bother. It also makes it exciting for the kids to come over and swim and spend the night with Grandpa and Grammy. They always look forward to the chocolate on the pillows when we return from dinner. Hotel staff is always pleasant and remember us when we return. Breakfast is included with the room charge which is quite nice.
