Everything was good at this hotel except for the lack of internet connection in my room. I notified the front desk and they had someone take a look at it but could not fix it immediately so they gave me the option of switching rooms or having access to the room next door to connect to the internet during my stay. Now that is what I call customer service!
I like the location of this hotel- how it is away from the chaos of downtown. It was a really good business stay and I will be back there in the near future.
