This definitely wasn't a four star resort but it was clean and right next door to a brand new HOOTERS! Perfect place for a business traveler like me who doesn't have much in the budget for accommodations. It is away from the main road so the rooms are pretty quiet. My air conditioning didn't seem to be working and when I notified the front desk, they offered to change my room but it was late and it really didn't bother me to not have the air going at night. They couldn't have been more apologetic- The continental breakfast that was included consisted of donuts, coffee and juice. I didn't have any but it was there in the lobby for those that wanted it.
All in all, not a bad place for the price.
