Vagabond Inn San Diego Review - Yes, I will stay there again.
Pros: Clean room, well maintained hotel/motel. Nice grounds. I cannot comment on the pool because I did not use it nor did I have time to use it. WORK, WORK, WORK, WORK, WORK! For only paying $55 each night that I stayed at THe Vagabond Inn, I was very content and happy with my accommodations. Basically, you get what you pay.
Cons: The wireless did not work in my room. This was a big disappointment for me however, I was able to hook up to an open network so it all worked out.
Not a bad place to stay and when considering the money paid, I even liked it better! Will stay there again.

Vagabond Inn Review
I stayed at the Vagabond Inn for over 2 weeks in January because I was in between homes. Not only was I surprised that this hotel would allow my 2 labs to stay with me, I was also very pleased with just how clean, updated, quiet and accommodating this hotel turned out to be. First, the front desk representative was extremely helpful in making my reservations and despite my need to keep adding additional nightss, the entire hotel staff made me feel welcome and at home. My room was spotless, modern and included a micro and fridge. The description of the area for my dogs didn't come close to how really great it was for them. THe pool and jacuzzi were heated to the perfect temperature, though there was never anyone using them. The hotel had a small laundry facility to wash/dry clothes. Free waffle breakfast, free wifi and just an all around great environment for an extended guest such as myself.
So my recommendation is that if you want a good, clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay for a fraction of the cost of other San Diego hotels, try this one. I was impressed.

Re: Vagabond Inn
San Diego on a tight budget....This is the perfect little hotel to lay your head at night. It was clean, somewhat quiet, and best of all, within 5 minutes from the airport, Sea World, and the San Diego Zoo. The four of us shared a room with 2 double beds for about $65. Breakfast was even included. My kids devoured the waffles drenching them in syrup. We had a nice little fridge in our room and a coffee maker too. For our family that really watches our pennies, the Vagabond Inn was definitely the way to go.
