"If you sit on the patio outside, you will have an awesome view of the pier and the ocean. The restaurant itself is modern and upscale, which is somewhat unusual for a beach restaurant, especially in Oceanside."

333 Pacific Restaurant A beautiful place to celebrate a special occasion.
My sister-in-law and I had driven from North Dakota to visit my son at Camp Pendleton and took him out for a very special dinner at 333 Pacific Restaurant. It is in a very nice location next to the Oceanside Pier. Our meal was very good. We had the calamari with chili sauce that was delicious. Next came the seafood soup that was loaded with different kinds of seafood. For our main entrees, we all ordered the filet mignon. It was the nicest piece of meat I had eaten in a long time and my son was thrilled with his meal. Food had never tasted so good to him! Our service was professional, warm, and friendly. 333 Pacific Restaurant is a pricey place but definitely a great place to celebrate a special occasion and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of Oceanside.

333 Pacific Review
I went to 333 Pacific with my girlfriend for lunch a couple weeks ago. We knew it would be expensive, but we were celebrating.
We shared the house salad for the appetizer--the pomegranate viniagrette was fantastic. For the main course, my girlfriend got the kobe sliders. I tried the ahi sliders.
The kobe sliders were fantastic (I tried one). The ahi sliders were also good... but were completely not what I was expecting--especially since those kobe sliders were sitting across the table. I was expecting beef flavor, not tune. So it took me a little while to get used to them. Once I did, and once I got a bite that had a little bit of crunch (the cucumber and carrot shavings on top) and a little bit of ginger, they were delectable.
My only complaint (and my only non-exceptional grade) was that our server was a little slow. But other servers did an excellent job and were very friendly. Maybe we got the woman on the swing shift.

Re: 333 Pacific
After having the majority of my meals at the Four Seasons in Carlsbad, it is hard to go elsewhere and find anything comparable.
I stopped at 333 Pacific near the Oceanside Pier. I sat at the bar, had a great view of the beach, and ordered a lime martini. WOW, what that ever good. Instead of waiting for a table for 1, the bartender talked me into eating at the bar. Nice atmosphere, good service, surprisingly good food. I had the fresh catch of the day- Yellow fin Tuna, seared and served with rice, veggies. Very fresh, seasoned perfectly, and cooked just the way I like it.
