Blanca Restaruant Solana Beach
I've read some other reviews and went to Blanca with some reservations. However, the dining experience I had was fabulous. My server was helpful and very attentive. The food was something you feel you'd get from on of the Top Chefs. Perhaps they took some of the previous criticism to heart because the place was crowded and everyone seemed to be have a great time. The Crispy Rabbit Salad was amazing and the Pork Chop with Pork Confit was sinfully delicious.
