Dobson’s Bar & Restaurant has been a Gaslamp power lunch institution for over twenty five years. Owner Paul Dobson assures his guest’s comfort by serving as maitre d’ and personally greeting and befriending each customer that walks through his doors.

While Dobson’s does offer an assortment of delicious appetizers, there’s really only one way to start: the mussel bisque en croute. Beneath a delicious and flaky crust swim tender mussels in a delicious broth. Once your appetite has been whetted, Dobson’s delicious dinner and lunch menus will take you on a international tour of tastes.
