Located on San Diego's beautiful waterfront is the luxurious Dana on Mission Bay.
Since its renovations in 2004, the Dana now boasts a second pool, the Blue Pearl Restaurant, a newly refurbished lobby and additional rooms and suites. Poolside services are also offered for guests looking grab a snack while they catch some rays.
Rooms & Suites
Guests can enjoy picturesque views of the marina and Mission Bay from their rooms. Included in each of the suites are lounge chairs, open vanity areas and high-speed Internet. For guests looking for something more extravagant, the deluxe rooms include balconies, fridges and a wet bar. A dozen new suites feature more spacious living rooms and bedrooms. Two of the new suites are equipped with a Jacuzzi.
Outside of the rooms, a nearby recreation area includes shuffleboard, championship ping-pong and a pool facing the bay.
Nearby Activities & Attractions
The Dana offers a close proximity to many popular San Diego attractions. For those traveling with children, SeaWorld is only minutes away. A complimentary shuttle bus is offered. A three mile drive downtown leads into the historic Old Town - rich with San Diego's history and some great restaurants. Only fifteen minutes away is the world famous San Diego Zoo. For a comprehensive look at the city, the Old Town Trolley tours leave from the Dana. For guests looking to stay active, the hotel rents kayaks, Jet Ski's and paddleboats. A path around all of Mission Bay offers a great spot to rollerblade, bike or stroll.
