Nestled on the water off the beautiful island of Coronado, the Loews Coronado Bay Resort offers incredible views of the bay, city skyline and its surrounding environs.
The Ambiance
Step into the lobby and the vibrant San Diego sun beams through the windows as the Pacific Ocean glimmers in the backdrop. Throughout the hotel are luminous chandeliers, palm trees, marble tables and a magnificent staircase that splits as it meanders upwards. Furnishings include plush couches and chairs that invite guests to ease back and absorb the sheer splendor of their surroundings.
Bravura Courtyards
A total of six structures encompass the Loews Coronado. All are connected by glass passageways that peer out onto courtyards - each with their own unique tropical landscape. Weddings are held at one of the courtyards beautiful gazebos. Featured in another courtyard is an herb garden that fills the air with a magnificent aroma. Fresh herbs are plucked from here to add to dishes at the Loews Coronado restaurant - Azzura Point. Equally incredible, each courtyard features pristine ocean views in the backdrop.
Rooms & Suites
Each room features a beautiful bay view. Just outside of the rooms are balconies for basking and relaxing. Rooms are decorated with warm earthy tones. Bathrooms feature gargantuan tubs for taking advantage of the complimentary bubble bath oils.
Resort Activities
Guests can experience an assortment of onsite activities. For those looking to relax, there are movies that can be seen while lounging in the pool. For summer travelers, there are complimentary sailing lessons, guided nature walks and marshmallow roasts on the beach. For the youngsters there's arts and crafts, kite flying and tricky treasure hunts.
